My Mission

My goal as a doula is not only help my clients have no fear, but also know that no matter what happens, there will never be a situation without hope. There will never be a place so scary His love and protective Hands can’t reach. We have to make the choice to trust, and have faith. God cares so deeply about the wants and needs of all mommas, He will walk you through every step of motherhood so tenderly. I want to show you that, with Him you can do all things! With Him pregnancy, birth and postpartum can overflow love, hope and joy! I want to help moms find their voice, courage and have a smooth journey with all the education and support they need!

I attend unmedicated, epidural, induction and C-Section births.

Birth Doula Support - $750

                                                  

This package includes:

2 in person prenatal meetings

Attending your birth guiding with different comfort measures, encouragement, food/liquids, position changes, (and so much more!),

1-2 postpartum meetings (may be online)

Continuous virtual support for any questions, and resource/education needs!

 

Only Online Doula Support - $300

In this package I make myself available virtually to help guide you through pregnancy and postpartum!

What is a Doula?

As a Doula I am a trained professional who provides continuous support to a mother during pregnancy, birth and postpartum to help her achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible.

How can a Doula support me during labor?

During labor, I provide emotional support, physical comfort measures, and informational support. I also assist in communication between the laboring woman, her partner, and clinical care providers. I can take pictures/video on a phone for memories and make sure you feel seen and heard throughout the whole process.

What services do you offer after the birth?

After the birth, I offer Postpartum Doula Support which includes assistance with breastfeeding, newborn care, and helping the family to adjust and bond with the new baby.

Who can I book as my doula?

Through my website you can either book with Emily (Overflow Birth Doula) or her doula partner Grace (Hope and a Future Doula Services).
